Work permits are processed at the Eastlake High School Counseling Center from Ms. Niemeyer, the Counseling Secretary. The completed form needs to be emailed to Ms. Betty Niemeyer at Betty.niemeyer@sweetwaterschools.org.  Your application may take up to 5 school days to be generated. Your attendance and academic grades needs to meet the requirements in order to issue the actual permit. You will be informed by email once it is completed.
